Appointment setting
Dedicated setters qualify inbound applications, opt-ins and DMs, then put qualified prospects on your calendar with the context already gathered.
Direct sales agency · B2B / B2C closERS
Trained setters and closers work your leads on your terms — you keep building the offer, we bring back signed revenue.
For course creators, agencies, ecommerce brands and B2B operators, etc.
No retainer on the first call. We audit your offer, close rate and lead flow before anyone talks about scope.
The gap
Most operators we meet are already generating more conversations than they can work. Booked calls go unanswered, follow-up dies after attempt two, and the offer gets discounted because whoever is on the phone isn’t a closer. That’s a staffing and process gap — and it’s the only thing we do.
The person who built the offer is also the person selling it. Growth stalls at whatever they can personally close in a week.
We install setters, closers and the process around them, then run it against targets you agree in writing before we start.
What we do
Take the whole sales function or the single part that’s broken. Most engagements start with setting and closing, then expand into pipeline operations once the numbers are moving.
Dedicated setters qualify inbound applications, opt-ins and DMs, then put qualified prospects on your calendar with the context already gathered.
Experienced closers run your discovery and close calls end to end — pricing, objections, payment plans and contract, in your brand’s voice.
When inbound isn’t enough, we build target lists and run compliant outbound calling, email and LinkedIn sequences to create new pipeline.
Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Skool and community inboxes worked as a real sales channel, not a support queue — with tracked conversation stages.
We mine the dead list: no-shows, ghosted proposals, past buyers and expired trials. Reactivation almost always pays for the first month.
Before we sell it, we pressure-test it. Positioning, price points, payment terms, guarantee and the exact promise the closer has to defend.
Discovery frameworks, objection libraries, proposal templates and case-study one-pagers built from your real call recordings.
Clean stages, automated task creation, dialler and calendar integration in HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, Pipedrive or your existing stack.
Want the team in-house eventually? We recruit, onboard and train your own reps against our playbook, then hand the desk over.
How it works
The order matters. We don’t put a closer on your calls until the offer, the script and the tracking can support them — otherwise you’re paying for guesswork.
We review lead volume, source, close rate, average order value and call recordings. You get the numbers back whether or not we work together.
Offer positioning, script, objection library, follow-up cadence, CRM stages and the targets we’ll be held to. Signed off before anyone dials.
Your setters and closers start inside 14 days, working your calendar and your CRM. Weekly call reviews from week one.
Add seats and channels while the maths holds, or we recruit and train your in-house team and transfer the playbook to you.
Who we sell for
We work across niches, but we’re sharpest where there’s an existing audience, a considered purchase and a call in the buying process. If your product sells itself for $29, we’re the wrong call.
| Hiring in-house | Freelance closers | Direct Sales Agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to first call taken | 6–10 weeks | 1–3 weeks | 14 days |
| Cost before revenue | Salary, ads, tools, management | Low, but you carry the training | Audit is free; performance-weighted after that |
| Script & playbook | You write it | They bring their own | Built for your offer and owned by you |
| If someone underperforms | Performance management, re-hire | You start the search again | We replace the seat, cover continues |
| Reporting | Whatever gets built | Usually a spreadsheet | Dials, sets, shows, closes, cash — weekly |
Engagements
Every engagement carries a written target. If the desk doesn’t hit it, the commercial terms change — we’d rather fix the model than defend an invoice.
Retainer + commission
You have lead flow. We supply the closers, the script and the follow-up, and work your existing calendar.
Performance partnership
Setters and closers, inbound and outbound, run as your complete sales function with the majority of our fee tied to collected revenue.
Fixed project
You want the team in-house. We recruit, train and run it for a defined period, then transfer the playbook and the people to you.
Book a revenue call
A 30-minute call with a sales lead, not a rep reading a deck. Bring your lead volume, close rate and average order value — you’ll leave with a view on what’s recoverable whether you hire us or not.
Questions
If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call — we’d rather answer it before there’s a contract in front of you.
A direct sales agency supplies the people and process that turn interest into signed deals: qualifying leads, booking and running sales calls, handling objections, following up and closing. Unlike a marketing agency, which generates the enquiry, we own the conversation from the raised hand to the payment — and we report on close rate and cash collected rather than clicks.
Rarely, and only where the offer is proven and lead flow is already consistent. Commission-only sounds risk-free but it usually produces rented attention rather than a trained desk. Most engagements are a modest retainer covering the build and management, with the larger share of our fee tied to collected revenue so our upside sits where yours does.
All of them, in principle. In practice we’re strongest with operators who have an existing audience and a considered purchase — course and info-product creators, coaches, agencies, ecommerce and dropshipping brands, real estate and wholesaling, affiliate offers, SaaS and B2B services. If the sale doesn’t involve a call or a conversation, we’re probably not the right fit.
Fourteen days from kickoff in most cases. Days one to five are the audit and playbook; days six to ten are script, CRM and tracking; the desk starts taking calls in the second week. Reactivation of your existing dead leads usually begins first because it produces revenue while the rest is being set up.
Yours. Reps work under your brand, from your calendar, with your email signature and your CRM. Prospects experience a member of your sales team, because functionally that’s what they are — we handle recruitment, training, management and cover.
They stay yours. Everything is worked inside your CRM, and the playbook, scripts, call recordings and objection library are your property at the end of the engagement. If you move the function in-house, you take the whole system with you.
Then closing isn’t your first problem. We’ll either run outbound to create pipeline, or point you back to the demand side before we take you on — Direct Sales Agency is a division of Build+Ranks, so the acquisition side can be handled in the same group if you want it.
We sell into the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland, in English, across those time zones. Coverage hours are agreed up front so speed-to-lead targets are realistic for where your buyers actually are.
Book the audit. We’ll show you the recoverable pipeline before you commit to anything.
